New program for investors... Montenegro has enabled the Citizenship by Investment Scheme under which foreigners can acquire citizenship by making a significant contribution to the economy. You can choose North or Cost side of the country. Montenegro has recently joined the list of the countries seeking to attract foreign investors through citizenship by investing program. This program was started in October 2018 by the government and is limited to 2000 applicants from non-EU countries. The investment requirements are 100.000€ in the form of the Government Fund Donation and 250.000€ of an investment in the approved real estate in an undeveloped region (North of Montenegro) or 450.000€ of an investment in a developed region (South of Montenegro). At the starting investment of 350.000 €, this program will be between the most competitive ones in Europe. Montenegrin passport is on the 37th position in the world, allowing visa-free travels to 115 countries
